The work changes considerably from project to project, which is part of the appeal.
You may be helping shape a national brand platform, building campaign creative, researching an audience, improving a digital experience or working through a particularly strange production problem. What matters is having enough context to make good decisions and being willing to contribute beyond the narrowest definition of your role.
Hybrid Work
Our team works from our Calgary studio Monday through Wednesday, when in-person collaboration, meetings and reviews are most useful. Thursday and Friday offer more flexibility in where the work gets done.
