KG Industries
Brand · Marketing · Sales enablement

Technical enough for the engineer. Clear enough for everyone else.

KG Industries manufactures specialized axle systems for customers who know exactly what they need and expect the companies supplying them to understand the application.

The assignment

KG Industries manufactures specialized axle systems for customers who know exactly what they need and expect the companies supplying them to understand the application. The product expertise was already there. Our role has been to make that expertise easier to communicate across the brand, website, product materials and the larger sales process.

01
The approach

We work closely with KGI’s technical and sales teams to understand how products are selected, what customers need to know before requesting a quote and where strong marketing can make the sales conversation more efficient. The resulting brand and marketing system is grounded in the actual buying process, with technical information translated into clear language without losing the credibility a specialized audience expects.

02
The work

The relationship spans brand guidelines, website content and structure, product catalogue development, specification sheets, use cases, product launches, LinkedIn, recruitment, trade materials, video, demand generation and sales enablement.

03
Where it led

KGI has become one of our strongest examples of a manufacturer developing a more connected marketing function around an established sales organization. The work continues to move further into demand generation, measurement and the relationship between marketing activity and qualified sales opportunities.
